Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of Audrey, an appointment-booking assistant provided to businesses by Lachance Préfontaine inc., doing business as “Atelier Drave” and “Audrey” (“Drave”, “we”, “us”). By using Audrey, you agree to these terms.
The service
Audrey replies to your leads' inquiries (text message, web), qualifies their interest, and schedules appointments. If you connect your calendar (Google or Microsoft), Audrey reads your availability and creates appointment events on your behalf. Without a connected calendar, Audrey proposes slots for you to confirm manually.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure and for how you use the service with your own customers. You grant us the permissions necessary (including access to your calendar, if you connect it) to provide the service. The processing of personal information is described in our privacy policy.
Communications and consent
When the service sends text messages (SMS) to your end customers, you are responsible for having obtained their consent in accordance with applicable laws (including Quebec's Law 25 and anti-spam rules). Recipients can unsubscribe at any time (e.g., by replying STOP).
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Audrey for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose, nor for unsolicited messaging. We may suspend an account in the event of abuse.
Availability and no warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Audrey depends on third-party services (calendar, messaging, and hosting providers) whose outages may affect it. We make reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the service over the past few months. We are not liable for missed appointments, lost profits, or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Quebec.
